Your problem is because you are edging. Throughout your post you have mentioned that you feel the pain when you masturbate but don’t ejaculate. IMO that’s not good enough. Go completely clean ( i.e. edging either) and the burning sensation will go away .

Well i dont even think you guys notice this but when you get to the point of no return or when you get excited for a split second and you feel a shift in your balls its my believe that some semen has been released it seems to be so even when im squeezing my pc muscle.

I sometimes pee into like a shallow container so i can see if theres anything in my urine after masterbating (w/0 trying to ejaculate) and it seems to be only during those times of exciting arousal where there seems to be semen visible.
And i do feel a drop in energy as well.

I’m wondering if it just takes lots of discipline or something as I havent been able to have alot of luck not being able to seminate at least a little during a long masterbation so i have gone without. It seems to me after months of no release of any kind im quite depressed i have no idea if its something else but i just overly sad and dont know if i should have a release or not.

Another thing i noticed is when i did masterbate till the point of no return and squeezed hard there would be semen in the toilet bowl but also i would feel alot of pain in my groin and kidney area or something from my understanding you have to do it right or it takes awhile to train to be able to draw the seminal fluid in a different place or something.
